Are you an experienced independent examiner looking for more opportunities? Innovative Title Solutions™ is constantly seeking to expand our network of quality examiners who cover all regions of Georgia.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Georgia Based: Must be physically located in Georgia as the exams need to be completed in person at the courthouse or clerk's office for the county of the property being examined.

Experience: Must have a minimum of 5 years of boots-on-the-ground experience in title examinations.
​
Insured: Must carry E&O insurance with a minimum of $1,000.000.00 per claim limit.
​
Documentation: Must be able to provide a signed W9, Photo ID, and willingness to undergo a background check.
